Representative Director
Yuji Higuchi
Graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Medicine in 2005. After practicing psychosomatic medicine and psychiatry in Fujieda, central Tokyo, and Okayama, he joined the predecessor of Sakigake Hospital in 2017. From the outset he was a central driver of the hospital's digital transformation, developing the proprietary clinical support system "Sakigake" in-house, and was appointed hospital administrator and director in 2022. From 2025 he led the planning and development of a psychiatric electronic medical record at TXP Medical, and in December of that year carved the business out as Sakigake Link, Inc., becoming CEO. Drawing on a perspective that spans the three domains of clinical practice, management, and development, he is advancing the digital transformation of psychiatric care.

CTO
Takuma Arimura
Representative Director of Pottech, Inc. He has served as CTO and product manager at several healthcare startups, working on the development of medical information systems. From January 2023 to March 2025, he was responsible for developing the standard electronic medical record as a medical-DX project manager at Japan's Digital Agency. Combining extensive development experience in healthcare with policy expertise, he leads the building of new medical systems for the AI-native era as CTO.

Medical Director
Yasushi Kamijo
An emergency and critical care physician working at the emergency and critical care center of a national university hospital. At TXP Medical, he was involved in numerous custom developments in core areas of acute care, including enhancing the NEXT Stage ER series with clinical-trial features, registry integration, and prehospital emergency (doctor helicopter and doctor car) functions. Today, armed with clinical expertise and deep insight into the intricate workflows of acute-care settings, he leads product planning for the electronic medical record system.

Hospital Account Manager
Machiko Maeda
After gaining clinical experience as a nurse at Hokkaido University Hospital and the University of Tokyo Hospital, she moved into corporate nursing. She subsequently worked on the planning and development of a voice-input application, and now handles requirements definition for nurse-facing features while also serving in customer success, acting as a bridge that reflects the voice of the clinical front line in the product.

Engineering Manager
Yukihisa Akiyama
A certified healthcare information technologist. As the head of Emcis, Inc., he spent more than 20 years developing hospital medical records and medical billing systems. Following the transfer of that business to TXP Medical in 2024, he now brings his extensive expertise in medical system development to his role as a core member of electronic medical record development.

Lead Engineer
Aoi Kurokawa
After obtaining certification as a licensed psychologist, she engaged in psychological practice at a psychiatric hospital while also working on the development of medical-DX systems. She then transitioned into engineering and gained experience developing an EDC system at TXP Medical. Drawing on the medical expertise cultivated in the field, she joined her current role with the aspiration of developing an electronic medical record that transforms healthcare.

Tomohiro Sonoo
Graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Medicine. Representative Director of TXP Medical and an emergency physician. He founded TXP Medical in 2017, raising 4 billion yen and commercializing the digital transformation of acute care. With NEXT Stage ER/ICU—deployed at more than 100 hospitals across Japan—as a flagship, he excels at product planning that distills the on-the-ground perspective of medical professionals to a high level of abstraction. Developing medical information systems, including electronic medical records, is his life's work.
