Customer Success (EHR for Psychiatric Hospitals)

The bridge between the clinical front line and the development team.

Full-time employeeTokyo (Kanda) / Remote OKJPY 5.5–9.0M / year
MISSION

Why we are hiring

Sakigake Link combines practicing physicians and other medical experts with AI-driven development to build AI-native electronic health records for acute-care, rehabilitation, and psychiatric hospitals. Demand from psychiatric and rehabilitation hospitals in particular is strong and growing.

In this role you will support hospitals through adoption after go-live, carefully gather the concerns and local rules of frontline staff, and connect them to the development team so the product keeps getting easier to use — the bridge between clinical practice and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What you will do

You will work inside hospitals so that a new EHR fits naturally into daily clinical work, accompanying each site from implementation to full adoption. Beyond configuring and explaining the system, your mission is to build a genuinely usable product together with clinicians through ongoing dialogue.

Implementation planning and adoption support

  • Project management toward go-live: scheduling and implementation preparation
  • Training for nursing leadership, administrative staff and other roles, and implementation support that reflects each site's operating rules

Turning frontline needs into requirements

  • Careful interviews with physicians, nurses, dietitians, laboratory technologists and other hospital roles
  • Understanding each hospital's workflows and the specifics of psychiatric care, then distilling what should change into concrete product requirements

Participation in product planning

  • Collecting issues and improvement requests from the field and feeding them back to the development team with precision
  • Proposing and driving feature improvements and UX enhancements grounded in the clinical perspective

On-site, hands-on support

  • Visits to client hospitals across Japan, observing real workflows and helping staff feel confident using the system
HIGHLIGHTS

Why this role

Work side by side with practicing physicians

Our CEO, Higuchi, is a practicing psychiatrist and hospital director leading DX in psychiatric care, and our CTO, Arimura, was project manager for the alpha version of Japan's standard EHR at the Digital Agency. Our senior advisor, Sonoo, is the CEO of TXP Medical, whose emergency-department system runs in more than 100 large hospitals nationwide. Several other physicians are involved, so you will build and deploy the product right next to people who know the real problems of clinical care.

Room to grow beyond your job description

We are still an early-stage organization. Depending on your drive, you can step beyond your core duties into product planning, sales proposals and other areas, and broaden your skills.

Become a driver of hospital-wide transformation

Rather than a single departmental tool, you will lead the adoption of the core system that runs the whole hospital — orders, records, documents, billing — and build deep, practical expertise in healthcare DX.
